List "Northernmost peak of each county in Utah" By tracyfoutz
Notes: For the purposes of this list, the Kane County Highpoint on the Kane/Iron County line and the Wasatch County Highpoint on the Wasatch/Duchesne County line are not listed because they don't qualify as peaks since they have zero feet of prominence. For anyone that believes "liner" highpoints with zero feet of prominence qualify as peaks, then the Kane County & Wasatch County Highpoints would each be considered the northernmost "peak" in their respective county by that person.
Due to a couple of differing boundary surveys along the Utah/Idaho state line, Sheep Dip Mountain may not be the northernmost peak in Cache County. If the Hanson State Boundary Survey of 1896 is correct, as acknowledged by the State of Utah, then Sheep Dip Mountain is indeed the northernmost peak in Cache County. If the Sonnenkalb State Boundary Survey of 1898 is correct, as acknowledged by the State of Idaho, then Crab Ridge is the northernmost peak in Cache County.
