PEAK DASH Getting there and camping

One mile before Jefferson turn East on Park county 56, there is also a sign for Lost Park Campground.
Follow this dirt road a little over ten miles, there is an open area on the right hand side of the road that will be the campsite. It is not entirely level, if you are sleeping in an SUV you might want to jack up one side.
Long Gulch trail head is one mile further east, we will have to drive there in the morning. There is almost no level area at the TH.
The turn to the trailhead is marked "817" on a brown fiberglass flat post.
