The Horns redevelopment

Visiting The Horns in El Paso County is about to get harder. The Broadmoor announced plans to redevelop the summit area starting in June.

This sounds pretty far fetched... April Fool's joke? There is no good way to access that area any more. And with construction costs rising again... :worms:
