Congrats to Kirk Mallory

Kirk just finished Colorado's 200 highest peaks with the ascent of Pilot Knob. This after recently finishing Colorado's County highpoints. With three tricentennials left, Kirk may have yet more to celebrate this year!

Thanks John! Actually, I have 4 tri's left, and I do hope to finish them by mid-August. This has been a great year so far, and hopefully it will only get better!

Great job, Kirk - Pilot Knob looks like a very worthy peak! I followed in yours and Teresa's footsteps today - remember this one?

Thanks Layne! That would have to be from Flat Top Mountain. Let me guess - your #62 was NW Orno, right? Which two do you have left?

Ahhh...NW Orno. I hiked it last year and posted a trip report, but John Kirk determined that I had actually climbed Pt 12008. So, I returned a few weeks later and this time turned RIGHT at Mandall Pass.

Yesterday, I got Flat Top and then Black Mtn.

To finish, I still want to do Lavender Peak, maybe next week...

Thanks John! The "quadri's" will probably take a couple of years. I have too many of them in the Weminuche left to do. I'll probably just focus on thirteeners in general, but you never know!
