So... while traversing this entire mountain ridgeline, we found a few things.
1 - The shown HP at the east end of 8252' I believe should be the listed elevation, as it is a hard elevation (not an interpolation).
2 - The BM shown is Agate BM - 8242', which works for the closed contour shown, but is clearly lower than 8252. (we did find the BM).
3 - Backsighting is not possible on these treed summits. At all.
4 - At the west end, where LOJ shows the interpolated HP, I believe this should be either deleted and changed to the 8252' or changed and added as a separate named feature - some maps show this as Air Cone Pt (as there is a FAA Air Cone - no trespassing, death imminent, etc). See below.
5 - The locals, the City of S.S., and some maps refer to this peak as "Emerald Mountain", displaying a dislike of the large quarry that used to be used on the SE slopes of the peak.
