Prominence of Needle and Thumb

I know what the topo map says, but the prominence of The Needle and Thumb seems to be reversed:

The Thumb:

The Needle

For sure The Thumb has more prominence than The Needle.

Based on our rappel and climbing rope length, I'd estimate that the Thumb has about 85 feet of prominence.

The Needle for sure has less than 60 feet of prominence. I'd estimate it at 50.
