Went in early this morning to add repeat peaks from yesterday. 2008 was missing from the dropdown to validate the date, so I chose 2009. Then went in to correct the repeat date, and 2008 was missing from that dropdown as well.

Fixed for CO now - rest of states will be corrected soon. I also changed your dates that were 12/31/2009 to 12/31/2008.
