Is registration for membership on listsofjohn.com currently open? If so, how do you register?

You can go to any area where you'd login to enter your peaks or any list summary page and click on 'Register!'

for example:
http://www.listsofjohn.com/Colorado/Members/login.php

or:
http://www.listsofjohn.com/Colorado/CO13ERS/13erIndex.php
