Pre-LIDAR Completed Quad Leaders not returning data

Hi John ,

In Stat Leaders, Completed Quadrangle Leaders, clicking the # Complete in the Pre-LIDAR mode for myself and some others does not return any quad data, though it does work for some people. It seems to work OK in the Post-LIDAR mode. Thanks!
