Site Login "Remember Me"

I've redesigned the login process for a more use-friendly experience. If you check "remember me" when logging in now, the site will place some cookies in your browser and your login is automatic from then on regardless of closing your browser. You should only have to log in one time ever again unless you delete cookies periodically (or multiple LoJ Members on your machine). Before some features of the site required additional log ins, but now it is all integrated (this forum is still separate for security purposes, but also has a remember me feature). If you want to log in each time as the setup was before, don't check the "remember me" box. This was a fairly large scope of change and tweaks of many files, so if you notice anything funny, let me know. Some ancillary changes... I have changed the Trip Reports interface to be login driven, and I've changed the "download your peaklist" feature to be available to members donating $20 or more in the last 365 days.
