Due to bugs with logging in from proxy servers, and other reasons, I had to upgrade to a more recent version of phpbb. I updated a lot of old code in here to conform to the removal of html privileges in later versions, but let me know if something looks strange. On the plus side, there are lots of enhancements and ease-of-use features added, including bbcode for html substituting like creating tables. Let me know if you have any questions/comments.
