I'm interested in generating a list of peaks that have no recorded ascents. How do I do this?

I realize such a list for the entire US would be huge. So it would be fine to generate it for only a given state. Or if necessary, for only one County at a time. Also, I would like to view this list as a map.

If there's a way to filter for ranked summits only, or other factors, that's nice but not even necessary.

Apologies if this tool or list already exists, but I didn't see it while looking around the site.

If you click "Tools and Maps" from the main page, you'll find it as a button labeled "Unclimbed Peaks" in the Tools column.

LOL... No problem. I've done the same thing... more than once!

Are these the peaks that haven't climbed at all, or by members of this or that community? I'd say it's the former rather than the latter, but it still looks like a lot of unconquered mountains.

The link takes you to lists of peaks that have not been "reported" as climbed by individuals using Lists of John, nothing more. It is quite possible (even probable) that many of the peaks have been climbed by "someone" in the past, but not reported.

As an example, I was the first (and so far the only) person on this site to record an ascent of "Sugar Loaf". However, after finding several dozen glow sticks and other trash on the summit, I'm pretty sure I wasn't the only person to have ever been there! LOL

I recently found a 2015 Mark Adrian summit register on an "unclimbed" peak.
