Posting comments to TRs

Postby John Kirk » Mon Jun 16, 2014 6:04 pm

Added functionality to post comments to Trip Reports - a good way to ask questions for more detail or shoot the breeze:

It would probably be helpful to have an automated email notification that someone has posted a comment/reply to a comment - anyone against this?

Excellent new feature! Out of curiosity, is there an ability to get an e-mail notification if someone comments on your report?

Killer addition! I vote "yes" to the email notification. One could always delete it if it offends them :)

I had this intent, actually - I thought we'd give the comments pool a chance to grow first, but I can put it up later today.

Four posts back... Unless you meant literally displaying on the home page, which I don't want to do.
