I believe the high point is actually something different, maybe Harkonnen-castle as shown on mountain project. Ham rock actually looks like a ham, see the yazhang link below and the qsl link.

On the map the circle with a dot in it is the location marker of the intended featuretype of pillars. GNIS also places the name exactly where the summit (and circle with dot) is. There is pretty widespread occurrence of rock climbers ignoring existing names (GNIS named features) and inventing their own. Interesting to see the only known ascent is 5.10 - rating makes sense if you've been there though...

in this case its obvious GNIS has it wrong.
