Took me a few minutes to think of it, but these are the only Ultras that aren't also county highpoints.

Nice, Ryan! Guess I'll have to try something obscure next time!
Here are the county hp's:
Arc Dome, NV - Mt Jefferson
Crazy Pk, MT - Mt Douglas(not on P2K list)
Flat Top Mtn, UT - Mt Nebo
Hayford Pk, NV - Charleston Pk
Miller Pk, AZ - Chiricahua Pk
North Schell Pk, NV - Wheeler Pk
Pilot Pk, NV - Ruby Dome(P4809')
Mt Stuart, WA - Bonanza Pk(P3715')
Telescope Pk, CA - Mt Whitney
Mt Timpanogas, UT - Mt Nebo
In 3 cases, the county hp is less prominent, as shown above.
In 7 cases, the county hp is a more prominent ultra.
Utah County is unique in the 48 states, boasting 3 ultras!
Five counties in the 48 claim two ultras - Inyo CA, Cochise AZ, Nye NV, Clark NV, White Pine NV

Interesting, John. Though Washington clearly takes the cake, it's strange that Colorado, with its relatively smaller number of 2K's, fairs so well on that obscure list.

Good showing for North Cascades NP and Glacier NP on this list.
I hiked up Francs Peak last summer. I couldn't think of what the other P2K on that quad might be so I took a closer look at the list. It appears the quad for Wind River Pk is incorectly listed as Francs Peak. Wyoming's an interesting state, but apart from 3 big peaks it doesn't fare too well on these prominence lists.
