I just sent several Arizona peak corrections to John, but I thought two of them were worth mentioning in the Forum. Since this is a Colorado based/biased place, most of us know about the loss of height of Bartlett Mountain and Red Mountain due to mining. Well, there are at least two Arizona ranked peaks that have been mined into oblivion!
Porphry Mountain:

Point 4412:

These are both part of the major strip mining operations near Globe and Superior. If you go to the "Satellite" tab on the "Full Screen Topo Map" links, you can see that they have been mined away, which explains why there are roads depicted seemingly randomly on the peaks. Porphry is completely gone and seems to be a crater now, while 4412 may still have a few feet of prominence. They were both low-prominence peaks in the first place, but I didn't know of any previously ranked peaks in the western U.S. being completely destroyed.
