Fees and Restrictions on Public Lands

Postby Dan Bereck » Tue Jan 16, 2024 11:27 am

The Security and Exchange Commission (your current government) is trying to create Natural Asset Companies (NACs), especially for BLM public lands, which will be able to control the use of impacted federal public lands. It is a money land-grab to make Wall Street and some politicians and elites rich while taking benefits away from the American people and their use of federal lands. Users (American citizens) of these public lands may be charged a fee or restricted from use which could impact a lot of peak bagging, hiking, and camping adventures. People can comment on this proposal by going to the website indicated below. Do it now since time is very limited. The public comment period was set for 21 days during the 2023 Christmas holidays but was extended when 25 State Attorney Generals complained. Please go to the website indicated below and make your comments. You can read other comments there and you can use "Anonymous" for your name. You do have to indicate an email address and telephone number, which are not made public. Your comments are public. The other information requested is optional. You can search “Natural Asset Companies” for more information and articles on the internet.
