According to the book Hiking the Wasatch, 3rd edition, page 84, the name of the un-ranked peak at coordinates 40.7475, -111.7956 is Jacks Mountain. Since it is unranked however, and doesn't have that much prominence, it wouldn't be a big deal not to include it on LOJ, but I'll let you decide that.
