The unofficial(?) name of this peak in Alaska is apparently Shakuseyi Peak:

See here:

Incidentally maps that are non metric list the peak elevation as 3920 feet.

Yes, Bivouac has thousands of unofficial names that won't be reflected here. Non-governmental websites don't qualify as sources for unofficial names on LoJ.

I see. I'm not a member of bivouac.com and am not sure how common the unofficial name is. I wasn't aware of it until someone from Alaska (Steve Gruhn) pointed it out to me when I created an SP page on the mountain. Conversation:

Anyway, now that the AK pages are finished on LOJ, I can post photos of many of them. I believe I have photos of most of the coastal mountains between Juneau and Skagway.

I have heard this peak called Peak 3920 or Seven Mile Saddle Peak by locals in Haines, but never by the name referenced at bivouac.com. Bivouac.com names unnamed peaks by using a nearby name of something else such as a creek, lake, or body of water.

Thank you for the information. I will add it to the summitpost page.
