A chance to see fossils, bronto footprints and a reasonable hike for our daughter Myra. I was a little surprised at the signs warning the other side of the ridge is a shooting range. Myra took her time playing with rocks but eventually made her way up to the end of the trail. She wasn't too excited about me dragging her over to the summit rocks. It was a relaxing Memorial Day outing.
