| My Sister and her family came out for a visit from Arizona and I suggested an easy (though somewhat silly) county highpoint outing en route to dinner at The Hacienda on Wadsworth and Belleview. What can I say? I'm addicted to peak lists, and I'm almost over the hump of feeling ridiculous going through metropolitan residential areas to "bag a point". We arrived at the junction of S. Johnson Sreet and Saratoga Place and parked near the sidewalk, upon which we took a left at after a vertical gain of 3 feet. The highpoint is at the end of the fence near a telephone ground box 2 more vertical feet up. The experience was for the most part best summed up by the comments of my nephews and niece - "was that it?". I guess we could have climbed to the top of the fence, but we can only count naturally existing terrain (doh!). All told, it is all about making my glob's radius bigger.
