He was carried out by a rescue team of 17 on a backboard.Source: www.princeton.edu March 19, 2006A group of four CU students were attempting to descend more quickly by dropping into Dry Creek Gulch, not prepared for the deep and steep snow conditions . Two split up and tried to find the road to descend while the others stayed.
