Carl Thewes and Daniel Zimpfer were out in Missouri Basin for Zimpfer's birthday. They were both swept away in an avalanche, Thewes being buried and not found. Zimpfer injured his legs, and tried to crawl away but died as well from hypothermia/exposure.Source: Rocky Mountain News
