Isabelle Glacier Accidents

A 33 year-old female was glissading down the glacier when she lost control and slid into rocks, tumbling 300 feet. She suffered a fractured pelvis, fractured a vertebra, broken ribs and was flown out via helicopter.

A young boy was hit with rockfall just after the woman above was rescued, suffering a broken leg. He was also flown out on the same helicopter.
